Job Summary
Join a highly successful sales team in the construction arena as an Outside Sales Associate, where you will gain hands-on training partnered with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18 - 24 months. Responsibilities include traveling within the assigned territory, engaging in comprehensive training, and utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred and a commitment to a sustainable future.
Required Qualifications
- Valid drivers’ license
- Willingness to participate in the year-long training program
- Ambitious, self-motivated individual with a proven record of effort-driven success
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS) preferred
- Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems)
- Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and great organizational skills
- Goal oriented
