Job Summary
Outside Sales Associate in the West Tennessee to Northern Mississippi territory with a start in the commercial roofing/building materials sector. You will be paired with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months of hands-on, comprehensive training, travel within the assigned territory, and support for career advancement. The role emphasizes a high-energy, proactive sales approach, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Qualifications include willingness to participate in a year-long training program, a valid driver’s license, MS Office literacy, and a demonstrated strong work ethic. Compensation includes base salary with commission, and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k)/pension, and training opportunities.
