Job Summary
Travel within the assigned territory to support commercial roofing sales initiatives. Partner with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months of comprehensive, hands-on training while developing your own client relationships. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive effort-driven success in the high-end building materials industry. Participate in the year-long training program to build a career focused on restoring roofs rather than replacing them. Must possess a valid driver's license, practical computer literacy, and the organizational skills to multi-task effectively.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BS) preferred
- Recent college graduates and/or up to 1-4 years in sales
- Former athletes encouraged to apply
- Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems)
- Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
