Job Summary
Join Tremco Roofing as an Outside Sales Associate, working in the commercial roofing sector. This role includes comprehensive, hands-on training partnered with an experienced sales representative over an 18-24 month period. Responsibilities include traveling within the assigned territory and contributing to sales efforts with strong organizational skills. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess prior sales experience or relevant qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid drivers’ license
- Confidence in sales abilities
- High degree of energy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS) preferred
- Recent college graduates and/or up to 1-4 years in sales
- Former athletes encouraged to apply
- Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite)
- Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
- Must be willing to participate in the year-long training program
- Self-motivated and great organizational skills
- Goal oriented
