Job Summary
The Outside Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients as part of a comprehensive training program alongside an experienced sales representative. Key responsibilities include traveling within the assigned territory and contributing to sales efforts in the commercial roofing sector. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to multitask. This position offers a base salary complemented by commission potential, full health benefits, and support for training and development.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid drivers’ license
- Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite)
- Must be willing to participate in the year-long training program
- Self-motivated with great organizational skills
- Goal oriented
- Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
