Job Summary
Establish relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and commercial accounts within assigned territories. Build long-term client connections, serve as the main point of contact, and educate prospects about restoration and cleaning services. Proactively seek new business, track visits and leads in CRM systems, and identify underserved areas to increase sales revenue. Complete annual marketing assessments, plan community events, and coordinate booth presentations to promote services. Manage customer satisfaction and resolve complaints while maintaining a consistent route for face-to-face visibility.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years sales, marketing, or customer service experience, with demonstrated history of sales ability and growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
- Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet people in new or difficult situations and build rapport
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment while being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with professional sales or marketing associations, a plus
