Outside Sales Advisor

Job Summary
Convert company-provided leads into sales through in-person meetings with families and preplanning seminars, or remotely when necessary. Maintain a network of customers and identify new sources to generate additional sales. Communicate with leads to understand product needs, demonstrate service utility, and resolve post-sale issues to ensure satisfaction. Use the SalesForce CRM system daily and attend scheduled training, call blocks, and floor time. Report sales and appointments to the Sales Manager while adhering to industry compliance standards. Manage appointments and multitask effectively to meet customer needs with professionalism and compassion.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or Equivalent
- Appropriate Funeral Director License in Specific States Only
- First 30 days of employment complete PAA Curriculum Certification
- Proficient computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Own a Cellphone
- Exceptional level of professionalism
- Strong telephone, interpersonal and communications skills
- High level of compassion and integrity
- Strong one call/visit close ability
- Must be able to multi task, set priorities and manage appointments
- Experience with in-home and/or seminar based sales
- Entry level Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desired Qualifications
- 2-5 years of Business to Consumer, Inside Homes/Remote Sales experience
- 1-2 years of industry experience
- 3-5 years in transferable experience
- Experience working on a tablet
- Time management and organizational skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Conveys information clearly and concisely in written and spoken communication
- Resolves problems and provides solutions to customers in a timely manner
