Outside Sales Advisor

Job Summary
Outside Sales Advisor responsible for converting company-provided leads into sales, maintaining customer networks from provided leads, and building new sales leads through multiple channels. Daily use of CRM (SalesForce), in-person meetings with families, and occasional remote sales with company telecommunication support. Requires ability to travel locally to client homes, conduct in-home/seminar-based sales, and manage appointments; must demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, and relationship management while adhering to industry compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or Equivalent
- Certification/License: Appropriate Funeral Director License in Specific States
- First 30 days of employment complete PAA Curriculum Certification
- Experience: 2-5 years of B2C, Inside Homes/Remote Sales experience (preferred but not required)
- 1-2 years of industry experience (preferred but not required)
- 3-5 years in transferable experience
- Skills: Strong telephone, interpersonal and communications; high level of compassion and integrity; one-call/visit close; excellent customer service; proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification/License in appropriate Funeral Director licensing for specific states
- Dignity University certification (PAA curriculum) within 30 days
- 2-5 years of B2C/Inside Homes/Remote sales experience (preferred)
- 1-2 years industry experience (preferred)
- 3-5 years transferable experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and integrity
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (SalesForce)
