Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for prospecting and obtaining new customers, building relationships, and retaining existing customers within the Salt Lake City, UT territory. Independently and with the sales team, develop and execute selling strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets by acquiring new customers and managing current accounts. Responsibilities include soliciting new customers, providing quotes/bids within company pricing perimeters, meeting with existing customers, maintaining market and product knowledge, and utilizing the CRM tool daily; must excel at communication, problem-solving, and follow-up, with emphasis on field and office work environments and driving results.
Required Qualifications
- Prior outside sales experience is a must.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales by effectively communicating with prospects.
- Capability to execute cold calls to influence potential commercial & construction customers into setting appointments with the purpose of presenting and selling Atlas Disposal services.
- Demonstrate organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrate teamwork.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Proficient use of computers, Microsoft Office suite, and sales tools.
- Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, telephone, and listening skills.
