Job Summary
Drive your mobile store truck from shop to shop, selling tools and providing hands-on demos to professional technicians. Develop your route to maximize sales and customer satisfaction while operating the van as a model for future franchisees. Manage inventory, collections, and receivable accounts, ensuring the vehicle remains in showroom condition. Comply with D.O.T. regulations and collaborate with other sales reps to share best practices. Requires a valid driver's license, minimum 2-5 years' direct sales experience, and willingness to learn to drive a 16–20' mobile store truck. Full training provided with a base pay of $50,500–$70,000 plus a 15% quarterly bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 21
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in direct sales or sales management experience
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or hands-on vehicle repair
- Willingness to learn to drive a 16–20' mobile store truck
- Ability to pass a D.O.T. physical
- Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, more occasionally
- Computer proficiency and comfort using apps and emails on a cell phone
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
