Outside Production Specialist (2nd Shift 2pm-10pm)

Outside Production Specialist (2nd Shift 2pm-10pm) responsibilities include stacking/loading Wall Panels, Floor Trusses, Roof Trusses, and other building components; shaping or cutting materials to specifications using hand tools and power tools; staging material with forklift; unloading stock; maintaining storage areas; reading and interpreting drawings to build to specs; stacking and loading semi loads; operating forklift; and performing other duties as assigned. Must thrive outdoors in variable weather, work in a highly automated production environment, and contribute to a collaborative team. Prior experience with hand/power tools, reading building plans, and tape measure is required. The role emphasizes an active, outdoor yard position, strong teamwork, and willingness to train and grow within a supportive benefits program.
