Job Summary
Manage golf carts by cleaning, stocking, and rotating them throughout shifts while maintaining the cart barn's organization and safety. Pick up range balls, clean the range, and keep the ball machine stocked. Assist in staging carts during tournaments and shuttle golfers or customers safely across the course. Empty trash bins before the course shuts down and ensure an attractive appearance in and around the facility. Maintain complete knowledge of company policies, procedures, and standards while demonstrating professional behavior and a customer-focused attitude. Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to operate equipment safely in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to operate a golf cart and other equipment safely
- Normal vision and hearing ranges
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
- Knowledge of Pelican Lakes Golf Club's company policies and procedures
- Self-Motivated with the desire to be service and customer-focused with a professional attitude and appearance
- Demonstrates professional behavior and work ethic
