Outside Plant Engineer

Manage OSP/ISP construction and maintenance projects for fiber extensions, overseeing engineering activities, vendor coordination, and quality control to deliver on time and within budget. Lead multi-stakeholder efforts by coordinating with contractors, municipalities, and consultants while preparing cost analyses, route mappings, and project specifications. Respond immediately to network outages to coordinate resource restoration and analyze schedule changes to ensure project alignment. Perform field inspections, process administrative duties, and communicate status updates to teams and customers. Requires three years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and up to 25% travel. Hybrid schedule includes minimum three days in the office.
