Outside Plant Engineer

Manage OSP/ISP construction and maintenance projects, overseeing engineering and construction activities for network extensions to new and existing customers. Coordinate with contractors, developers, municipalities, and consultants to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specifications. Lead multi-stakeholder efforts by analyzing schedule changes, recognizing infrastructure vulnerabilities, and preparing cost analyses and route mappings. Perform field inspections, quality control, and immediate outage response to ensure reliability. Process administrative duties including vendor invoices and material receipts while communicating progress to team members and customers. Requires three years of relevant experience, valid driver's license, and up to 25% travel. Hybrid schedule includes minimum three days in the office.
