Job Summary
Market parts and service sales through special promotions, quality assurance packages, and machine inspections while resolving customer complaints to ensure satisfaction. Provide parts and service solutions, including maintenance and repair, and assist with counter sales to support customer needs. Collect and update customer equipment information for marketing promotions and deliver parts by pulling and loading as required. Maintain company vehicle standards, attend training meetings, and provide input on marketing plans. Assist with after-hours parts phone service when necessary. Work extended hours and weekends as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 1+ year experience in Parts Department operations
- Ability to use standard desktop applications, such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license for potential driving situations
- Must maintain driving records per insurance carrier standards
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Squatting, bending, lifting, reaching, twisting, standing, sitting
- Working with smart devices and manuals
- Ability to grasp
