Job Summary
Visit assigned customers and prospect for new accounts. Communicate parts orders to counter staff, confirming stock status and delivery dates for non-stock items. Review special orders with the parts manager for approval and coordinate service sales with salespeople. Follow up on completed orders to ensure proper customer service. Update customer records, add new contacts to mailing lists, and submit call reports, time sheets, and expense reports. Maintain a professional appearance and act as a public relations liaison for the dealership.
