Job Summary
Outside Parts Sales Representative responsible for developing B2B wholesale parts and fleet service relationships, traveling to local businesses to present dealership offerings, generating leads, maintaining a database of prospects and customers, following up with accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention, coordinating with parts and service departments for accurate quotes and order fulfillment, and meeting monthly sales targets. Requires 2+ years of B2B/outside sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, CRM proficiency, and familiarity with automotive parts and fleet services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in B2B or outside sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial services industry
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Organization: Ability to manage time, accounts, and leads efficiently
- Sales Drive: Goal-oriented with a self-motivated approach to sales
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM software and mobile technology to track leads and follow-ups
- Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive parts and fleet services is a plus
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
