Job Summary
Secure orders from existing customers by visiting facilities or calling, prospect for new business, and prepare customer orders while providing quotes and following up. Drive company trucks to deliver parts, collect cash on delivery, and pull parts for clients. Submit weekly activity reports, provide territory sales forecasts, and encourage customers to use the Paccar E-commerce System. Use a laptop or iPad throughout the day. Clean delivery trucks daily. High school diploma or GED required with intermediate to advanced computer skills; prior sales experience and two years in the heavy-duty truck industry preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to visit the customer facility
- Must be able to contact by phone
- Must be able to prepare customers orders
- Must be able to provide quotes on cost
- Must be able to follow up by phone or visit on quotes given to customers
- Must be able to submit weekly activity/call reports
- Must be able to provide a territory sales forecast
- Must be able to drive company truck
- Must be able to collect money from customers who are on C.O.D.
- Must be able to use laptop or IPad during course of business
- Must be able to pull parts for customers
- Must be able to clean delivery truck daily
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sales experience
- 2 years experience in heavy-duty truck industry
