Job Summary
Conduct a minimum of 10 sales cold calls weekly to expand the customer base while selling, promoting, and providing exceptional service to new clients. Ensure prompt and reliable delivery of existing orders and regularly service current accounts through open communication to foster lifelong learning about their needs. Discuss the use and features of various parts with customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products, and maintain meticulous documentation in reports and internal channels. Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of related parts, sales, or service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable and reliable attendance

- Strong integrity
- A passion for continuous professional development
