Job Summary
Outside Parts Account Manager responsible for visiting assigned customers, prospecting new customers, and coordinating parts orders and delivery. Communicates order status (stock vs. emergency), ensures non-stock delivery dates are acceptable, and obtains approvals for special orders and pricing. Supports service sales coordination, follows up on orders, maintains customer records and mailing lists, and represents the dealership in public relations activities. Requires professional appearance and a valid driver’s license; participates in training seminars when possible to support growth and accountability within a growing, profitable truck-centered business.
