Outside Operations Supervisor

Organize tournament groups and prepare staff and facilities for daily events. Greet golfers at bag drop, unload carts, and manage club rentals including cleaning equipment upon return. Maintain clubhouse, cart storage, parking lot, and shop cleanliness while controlling guest supplies. Monitor player service activity, enforce etiquette and course policies, and assist with spike changes and club cleaning. Prepare and stage golf carts, manage range maintenance, and present practice facilities. Direct start of play, assist with food and beverage activities, and coordinate department members including Guest Services Attendants and Starters. Monitor business volume forecasts to plan manpower, productivity, and costs. Communicate policy changes to staff and address guest complaints. Incorporate safe work practices and maintain regular attendance.
