Job Summary
Greet members and guests upon arrival, assist PGA TOUR players with golfing needs, and ensure a smooth course experience. At opening, move golf cars to staging areas and load member bags; at closing, return cars to the facility, charge batteries, and maintain the golf car facility. Provide miscellaneous course information, deliver stocked and cleaned golf carts, and perform periodic maintenance and minor repairs. Service the practice facility by picking up balls, clearing trash, and setting up the area for play. Assist departing members with club cleaning and transport, enforce club rules and dress codes, and handle special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience working in customer service
- Previous experience working in a country club or equivalent
