Outside Operations Member

Greet arriving players at the bag drop or parking lot, remove and transport golf bags to racks, and set them on carts before play begins. Provide thoroughly cleaned carts stocked with scoreboards, pencils, and rolled towels, reporting any repairs immediately to your supervisor. Service the practice range by setting it up per schedule, replenishing balls, and patrolling the tee to pick up trash and monitor club cleaning. Collect and cull damaged balls to ensure excellent condition, maintain a clean bag storage room, and assist players during departure. Ensure all clubs are wiped down before distribution and enforce club rules, dress code, and beverage policies in coordination with Golf Shop staff. Requires golf cart driving ability, golf etiquette knowledge, and customer service skills.
