Job Summary
Outside Operations Lead at NRG Park oversees frontline event operations, leading setup/breakdown activities, supervising staff, coordinating labor, directing parking lot and exterior operations, and ensuring safety and adherence to facility standards during events. The role serves as liaison between the facility and clients to meet requirements, coordinates signage and traffic flow, assists with digital message signs (DMS), and may operate equipment such as golf carts. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong teamwork and communication, ability to work non-traditional hours, and prior leadership experience; offers growth within operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the United States
- Experience leading small teams or coordinating tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work long and irregular hours including day, evening, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel)
