Job Summary
Conduct clubhouse upkeep, manage cart storage and wash-down areas, and prepare golf carts for play while maintaining neat and orderly conditions. Provide courteous service by handling bags, cleaning clubs, and assisting with spike changes. Support tournament execution, educate guests on course policies, and manage range maintenance including ball inventory and practice facility setup. Maintain accurate rental records and service customers renting equipment. Perform other duties as required while incorporating safe work practices. Valid driver's license needed for outdoor weather conditions and occasional chemical exposure.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to read and speak English
- Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Frequently stands, walks, uses hands, talks or hear
- Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches
- Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds
- Regularly works in wet or humid condition (non-weather)
- Occasionally works in areas with moving mechanical parts; may come into contact with fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals
- Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions
