Job Summary
Originate, process, and manage mortgage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with lending regulations. Evaluate loan applications by verifying borrower income, assets, liabilities, employment, and credit history. Provide expert advice on home loan options and coordinate with internal teams to resolve title issues for smooth closings. Maintain organized records in CRM systems for pipeline and lead management while developing new business through networking and outbound calls with referral partners. Deliver outstanding client service while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Requires active NMLS license and minimum one year of experience as an outside loan originator. Competitive commission-based compensation with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid NMLS license
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an outside loan originator
- Proven ability to fund at least one loan per month through referral partnerships
- High school diploma
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
