Outside Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Maintain and improve the outdoor environments of Sifton-owned townhomes, common areas, and parks by performing landscaping, patio leveling, retaining wall work, and drainage; conduct exterior building maintenance including roofs, eavestroughs & soffit, window/door sills, and brick repair; manage garbage/recycling and snow removal; collaborate to address work orders and deliver excellent customer service to tenants and community; demonstrate safe operation of grounds maintenance equipment and adapt to weather conditions; work independently or with a team to meet schedules and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Working at Heights certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to report for flexible work schedules
- Prior experience in landscape or grounds maintenance environment (preferred)
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
