Job Summary
Maintenance Sales Representative role focused on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, traveling to prospective customer sites within TX OK regions, consulting on maintenance programs including PMAs and renewals, and leveraging CRM to manage opportunities. Requires building relationships with commercial/industrial HVAC, plumbing, and process-piping clients, collaborating with the sales team, and achieving revenue objectives with 90% travel for new business and 10% existing relationships. Ideal candidate will have an associate degree (preferred), 2 years B2B sales experience (preferred), strong verbal/written communication, a history of meeting sales goals, and a proactive, problem-solving orientation.
