Job Summary
Outside Lubricant Sales Representative in Matthews, NC responsible for achieving sales quotas by expanding the customer base, prospecting new leads in the territory, servicing existing clients, and effectively demonstrating the product line. Maintain accurate CRM records, and contribute to the sales process with strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Requires self-motivation and ability to work independently to meet or exceed goals, with regular travel by car within the designated territory (15-20 stops per day). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Includes base plus commission, company car with mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, PTO, holidays).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal skills in business
- Available for regular travel by car in the designated territory
