Job Summary
Complete all maintenance service requests, schedule and execute the Preventative Maintenance Program, and render assistance on specific projects. Monitor outside contractor work, perform ground works including trash pickup, sweeping, and landscaping to maintain curb appeal, and manage workshop inventory. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a professional manner with residents, vendors, and staff. Requires a valid driver's license, 1-2 years of maintenance experience, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Work involves outdoor conditions year-round. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- 1-2 years of Maintenance experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to climb and work on ladders
- Must be able to work with arms raised over head
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to bend at waist and knees to lift boxes, appliances, furniture, shovel snow, etc.
- Must be dependable
- Must be self-motivated
- Must have at least basic mechanical skills
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must have a love to problem solve
- Must be able to maintain a professional and courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees
- Must ensure compliance of all work-related activities in a fair, ethical and consistent manner
- Must comply with all company, federal, state, and local safety guidelines
