Job Summary

Outside Industrial Sales Representative to manage a territory spanning Northwest Wisconsin and Northeast/Central Minnesota; full-time role 8 AM–4 PM with approximately 80% travel. Responsible for prospecting new clients, converting opportunities into revenue, negotiating deals, strengthening relationships, and expanding account value through upselling. Collaborate with internal teams to track performance and adapt to market changes, aiming for $1.5M–$3M in new revenue within the first two years.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively (~80%) and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to wear PPE and adhere to safety standards
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication/active listening skills
