Job Summary

The Outside Industrial Sales Representative is responsible for managing key relationships with industrial accounts, end users, contractors, and engineers. Key duties include prospecting new clients, forecasting and achieving sales quotas, and developing innovative sales strategies. The role requires strong customer engagement, proficiency with CRM and ERP software, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple customers in an account and/or territorial environment
  • Ability to bond and build rapport in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and driven with exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and ERP for territory reporting
  • Great phone skills and dependable
  • Passionate about providing world-class customer service

Desired Qualifications

  • Product and Market knowledge is a plus

Additional Requirements

  • Working more than 8 hours a day and sometimes on weekends based on customer requirements and workload
