Job Summary
Seasonal Outside Golf Services role delivers hospitality to members and guests. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting members/guests, unloading/loading golf bags, maintaining and staging golf carts, stocking scorecards/tees/towels, managing the bag storage area, operating and restocking the driving range, setting up range equipment, engaging with members at the range, and assisting with tournament setup and special events. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to ensure exceptional member experiences.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for golf and a strong desire to deliver great service and hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to superior service
- Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and proactive work ethic
- Prior golf or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
