Job Summary
Outside Food & Beverage Supervisor at Invited clubs overseeing outdoor snack-bar operations and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure top-tier dining experiences. Responsible for training and supervising outside F&B staff, overseeing setup, daily prep, presentation, sanitation, and storage of items, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Manages inventory and financial aspects of the snack bar, including accurate order fulfillment, guest interactions, and daily financial closing. Works with the Food & Beverage Director to address special product needs and maintain club standards. Emphasizes professional, courteous member service, clean work areas, and compliance with safety guidelines. Requires relevant high school credential and state-required Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, plus completion of comprehensive F&B service training modules. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, and perform varying tasks as assigned. Prior experience in F&B service and completion of all listed training modules are preferred.
Required Qualifications
