Job Summary
Outside Fire Alarm Sales Representative role focusing on building and managing a book of business with Property Managers, Building Owners, Government Agencies and National Accounts; actively pursuing fire alarm, security system, central station and ARCS service contracts across Hospitality, Residential, and Commercial sectors; developing new territories, coordinating with Accounting, Service and Project Operations teams, and preparing quotes and collateral for Tenant Alteration and Retrofit projects; requires in-depth knowledge of NYC Building codes, NFPA fire alarm codes, and life safety systems, with strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills to close profitable service contracts; based in Brooklyn, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Two Year Business or Related Degree or an equivalent of industry experience in life safety and/or electronic security systems
