Job Summary
Outside Field Marketing Sales Rep responsible for door-to-door canvassing to generate homeowner appointments for free inspections and consultations on home improvement products/services. Role involves walking neighborhoods, identifying home needs, educating homeowners on solutions, and driving lead generation with hourly pay plus commission and uncapped bonuses. Training and mentorship provided; use of a company-provided tablet to schedule and track leads; opportunities for rapid advancement; requires comfort working outdoors, strong communication, and ability to work some evenings. Location in Akron, OH; full-time; no experience required but performance-based bonuses and incentives are emphasized.
