Job Summary
Manage portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals with all products. Assist dealers in maximizing financial opportunity through customized action plans and drive service advisor effectiveness via coaching and training. Collaborate with dealer stakeholders to determine product screens, inventory levels, and competitive pricing. Develop and maintain consistent monthly contact schedules while tracking all activity in Salesforce. Share industry trends and best practices to support continuous improvement across the dealership network. Maintain knowledge of current industry trends to support the team and network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior professional experience selling with territory management skills
- Highly organized with strong follow up skills
- Full understanding of all aspects of sales process (business planning, training, retail selling, and inventory)
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong customer relationship skills and ability to sell at the top
- Be located within assigned territory
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, crouch, and twist frequently
- Ability to drive and travel extensively (up to 80%)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Meet the requirements of Dealer Tire's Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
