Job Summary
Manage your dealership portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals while developing customized action plans to maximize financial opportunities. Drive service advisor effectiveness through coaching and training, and collaborate with stakeholders to determine product screens, inventory levels, and competitive pricing. Maintain consistent monthly contact schedules with dealers and track all activity and account information in Salesforce. Stay current on industry trends to share best practices and support continuous improvement across the network. This role requires extensive driving and traveling to customer accounts (up to 80%) and involves standing for long periods. You must be located within your assigned territory and hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior professional experience selling with territory management skills
- Highly organized with strong follow up skills
- Full understanding of all aspects of sales process (business planning, training, retail selling, and inventory)
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong customer relationship skills and ability to sell at the top
- Be located within assigned territory
- Standing for long periods of time
- Frequent bending, crouching, and twisting
- Extensive driving and traveling to customer accounts (up to 80%)
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Meet the requirements of Dealer Tire's Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
