Job Summary
Account Executive at iHeartMedia focusing on leveraging the Broadcast + Digital Marketing product suite to identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person client meetings, research, and consistent cold-calling. Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver data-driven sales presentations to meet client expectations. Role requires self-motivation, goal-orientation, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects; compensation is 100% commission. Location is Chesapeake, VA with in-person responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building, persuasive communication, and a proactive sales mindset, plus familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Proven ability to cold-call and generate leads
- Ability to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networks
