Job Summary
Provide one-to-one support for participants, identifying and removing barriers to participation and supporting them towards their individual goals. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, generating referrals for all programmes and working closely with referral partners to provide joined up support. Promote Venture Trust within local communities across North, East, and South Ayrshire. Work autonomously with young people and adults to prepare participants for wilderness journeys and identify positive progression opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- comfortable and confident working autonomously alongside people with complex lives
- knowledge of services within North, East and South Ayrshire
- fostering positive, trusting relationships with people
