Job Summary
The Outreach Worker is responsible for delivering direct services to program participants, including assessment, planning, respite and mentorship services, and community referrals. The position is part-time with flexible scheduling and pays an hourly rate between $16.60 and $18, depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/equivalent required
- At least one year of relevant experience working with children and families
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Availability to work evenings and on weekends required
- Professional, effective oral and written communication style required
- Well organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-directed
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
Desired Qualifications
- Some college preferred
- Bilingual candidates may receive additional compensation
