Job Summary
This position involves supporting Marines and their families by monitoring social media for support needs, responding to requests for assistance promptly, and identifying emerging issues to facilitate referrals. Outreach Specialists will maintain familiarity with benefits and support services, assist with outreach campaigns, and document their communications. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and two years of relevant experience, alongside strong communication and technological skills. The role demands knowledge of Marine Corps culture and the ability to work with diverse populations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in client-facing support or service coordination roles
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of Marine Corps culture
- Knowledge and understanding of support resources and benefits available to Wounded Warriors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong technology skills
- Strong data entry/typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to document outreach efforts and coordinate follow-through actions
- Ability to work within structured protocols and escalation procedures
- Ability to work with diverse populations
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting this contract as a Customer Care Representative

- Requires U.S. Citizenship
- Valid driver's license, transportation, and auto insurance
