Job Summary
Coordinate and initiate outreach activities in communities to generate qualified leads for PACE program enrollments. Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders, senior centers, and local organizations while providing education on WelbeHealth services. Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve enrollment metric goals with the MOE Director. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration, DHCS training within 30 days, and one year of sales or healthcare experience. Compensation is $75,000 plus bonus. WelbeHealth serves vulnerable seniors through its innovative PACE model, offering medical, dental, and vision insurance, 17 days of PTO, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
- DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role
- Minimum of one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting
- Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.
- Outside sales and marketing experience
- Proof of vaccination, or a vaccine declination form
