Outreach Specialist - Housing (Spanish Speaking)

Outreach Specialist for Housing (Spanish Speaking) focused on building and managing referral networks and enrollment opportunities for the Element Care PACE program. Responsibilities include developing and executing an Annual Business Plan to drive outreach, inquiries, referrals, and enrollments from target accounts; collaborating with Enrollment and Information & Referral teams; cultivating relationships with referral sources including Assisted Living Facilities and Housing/Adult Day Health organizations; conducting community outreach at senior fairs and events; documenting outreach activities in Salesforce; presenting the PACE program and benefits to internal/external stakeholders; providing market intelligence and ongoing professional development; coordinating with Center IDTs, and traveling locally to support events. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 1-5 years in older adult services, 1-3 years in healthcare/group insurance sales, customer-facing sales/service experience, Spanish fluency, and a valid MA driver’s license with access to a vehicle; proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce preferred.
