Job Summary
Develop and maintain community relationships and referral pipelines to increase awareness of Goodwill's programs and workforce development opportunities. Build and sustain partnerships with community organizations, workforce agencies, educational institutions, and referral partners while conducting presentations and information sessions for prospective participants. Track outreach activity, referral conversion rates, and event outcomes using CRM systems to support continuous improvement and program enrollment goals. Organize and participate in outreach events, resource fairs, and community engagement activities to strengthen organizational visibility. Collaborate with Career Navigators and internal teams to support referrals, enrollment, and participant engagement across diverse backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as education, communications, marketing, or a related area
- Two (2) years relevant experience required
- Current, valid driver's license required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, workforce agencies, educational institutions, and referral partners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach efforts, events, and follow-up activities simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems, databases, or tracking tools used for outreach, referrals, and relationship management
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to engage individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Knowledge of workforce development programs, community resources, career pathways, or supportive services preferred
- Understanding of barriers to employment and education faced by underserved populations preferred
- Ability to analyze outreach and referral data to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or related roles is preferred
