Job Summary
Conduct outreach and partnership cultivation for the Equity and Community Impact division by identifying key stakeholders and strengthening student engagement across California Community Colleges. Analyze engagement trends and emerging needs to provide student-informed recommendations that advance equity-centered programming and expand access. Elevate student voices and increase awareness of programs and services within diverse college populations while collaborating across teams. This limited-term role requires an Associate's degree and 2-3 years of experience in student engagement or higher education outreach, with direct student experience in the California system preferred. Salary ranges from $70,500 to $71,000 annually for a 100% remote position within California.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in student engagement, outreach, or a related field within higher education, nonprofit, or public sector settings
- Must reside in California
- 100% Remote within California
