Job Summary

Outreach Specialist focusing on customer service for the Aging Connected initiative. Provide first-level support to end-users, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and voice/data issues, escalate when needed, and assist callers in identifying and securing low-cost internet services. Collect data and write concise call notes, follow up to resolution, and leverage Salesforce for case tracking. Strong emphasis on customer service with experience in a call center/help desk role; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Flexible hours may be required. Familiarity with Zoom and basic computer proficiency is needed to support older adults in accessing online services.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years prior customer service, call center or help desk experience
  • 1-2 years experience
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred
  • Willing to work flexible hours when appropriate
