Job Summary
Outreach Specialist - Chinese Community develops relationships with assigned accounts and implements strategies to maximize referrals of eligible older adults for Element Care PACE. Describes PACE benefits to participants and accounts, pursues new referral sources, and collaborates with enrollment and information/referral teams to achieve inquiry and referral pipeline goals. Roles includes community outreach (senior fairs, events, professional associations), frequent local travel, and documenting outreach activities in Salesforce. Requires strong sales/customer-service skills, Mandarin fluency, ability to build partnerships with facilities and organizations, proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools, and the ability to work outside standard hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-5 years of experience in older adult services related position
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in healthcare or group insurance preferred
- Customer-facing role with sales or customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM/Salesforce preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and access to a vehicle for marketing activities
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Ability to travel locally and attend events outside regular business hours
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds
