Job Summary
Outreach Specialist focusing on Mandarin-speaking community in Brighton, MA. Builds referral pipelines and storage of outreach activities to maximize referrals and enrollment for Element Care PACE. Develops and implements personal Annual Business Plan, collaborates with Enrollment and Information & Referral teams, presents PACE benefits to participants and accounts, participates in community outreach events, documents activities in Salesforce, and travels locally to cultivate relationships with referral sources, including Assisted Living Facilities and Senior/Adult Day Health organizations. Requires strong sales/customer-service background, proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred), and fluency in Mandarin.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s level degree preferred
- 1-5 years of experience in older adult services related position
- Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in healthcare or group insurance strongly preferred
- Customer facing role focused on sales and/or customer service
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM, Salesforce preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and insurances
- Valid Mass. driver’s license and vehicle for marketing activities
- Fluent in Mandarin
