Job Summary
Outreach Specialist for the Chinese community at Element Care PACE, responsible for developing relationships with assigned accounts, describing PACE benefits, and maximizing referrals and enrollment. Creates and executes an Annual Business Plan to achieve outreach, inquiry, referral, and enrollment goals; collaborates with Information and Referral and Enrollment teams; cultivates productive referral-source relationships (e.g., assisted living facilities, housing, adult day health); engages in community events and senior fairs; documents activities in Salesforce; presents PACE program value to internal and external groups; provides market intelligence and supports professional development; travels locally and may attend events outside regular hours; requires strong sales, outreach, marketing, and communication skills; Mandarin fluency and a valid MA driver’s license are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-5 years of experience in older adult services related position
- 1-3 years of sales experience in healthcare or group insurance strongly preferred
- Must have proven experience in customer facing role focused on sales and/or customer service
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and vehicle
- ability to travel locally
